1930s/40s Astrakhan CapeletShort evening capelet in black astrakhan designed to wear over a dress or coat. The inside is quilted for structure and warmth. The capelet has a standing collar and closes at the front with three hook and eye fastenings. Decorative cord ornaments with small tassel details sit near the neckline.
