Banded high waistband with logo button and zip closure on the left side. Three tiers, all softly gathered along the top for cascading fullness, falls to below the knees. Small green logo tag on the back left waist. Lightweight 100% cotton, wonderful weight for warmer weather. Condition is excellent. Measurements: 26" waist approximately 48"
