This dress has short, cuffed sleeves, double breasted decorative buttons on the bodice, a fitted waist, and a lovely full skirt. There is one small hole at the waist, one hole near the skirt hem, wear to the buttons, one red mark on the skirt, and discoloration under and around the arms (see images).
